Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities)
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Building Authority (BCA) and Land Transport Authority (LTA) regulations
- Conduct structural analysis and geotechnical assessments for urban developments
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation using BIM/CAD tools
- Mentor junior engineers and oversee quality control processes
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies and subcontractors for seamless delivery
- Develop sustainable engineering solutions for climate-resilient infrastructure
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Singapore's construction sector
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration with Singapore's Board of Engineers
- Expertise in MRT/underground construction and coastal protection systems
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and structural analysis software
- Proven track record of managing projects exceeding SGD 50M
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's Green Mark certification requirements
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
