Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex civil infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and water systems
- Perform advanced structural analysis using industry-standard software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit)
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal engineering regulations and standards
- Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
- Collaborate with environmental specialists and urban planners
- Present project proposals to municipal boards and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in civil design and construction
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Expertise in structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, and transportation systems
- Proficiency in BIM/CIM technologies and hydraulic modeling software
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification a plus
- Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale municipal projects
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
