Responsibilities
- Design and execute advanced reservoir simulation models for unconventional shale plays
- Lead production optimization projects using AI-driven analytics and machine learning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate seismic, petrophysical, and production data
- Develop field development plans and economic models for high-impact wells
- Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in reservoir characterization
- Present technical findings to executive stakeholders and industry partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of reservoir engineering experience in unconventional assets
- Expertise in reservoir simulation software (Eclipse, Nexus, tNavigator)
- Proficiency in Python/R for reservoir analytics and automation
- Strong understanding of well completions and hydraulic fracturing
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proven track record of delivering field development plans
