Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced electrical systems for renewable energy storage and distribution
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping, testing, and validating high-voltage power electronics
- Create comprehensive schematics, PCB layouts, and BOM documentation using Altium Designer
- Conduct EMC/EMI compliance testing and implement mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in design methodologies
- Collaborate with product management to translate market requirements into technical specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Expertise in power electronics design (inverters, converters, battery management systems)
- Proficiency with Altium Designer, PSpice, and MATLAB/Simulink
- Strong analytical skills for complex circuit analysis and troubleshooting
- Experience with ISO 26262 functional safety standards for automotive applications
- Demonstrated success in delivering projects from concept to production
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
