Responsibilities
- Design and optimize electrical systems for renewable energy storage solutions
- Develop detailed schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Designer
- Conduct power system simulations and performance analysis
- Lead compliance testing to meet UL 1741 and IEEE standards
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on thermal management solutions
- Present technical findings to stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Expertise in Altium Designer and SPICE simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of NEC and energy industry standards
- Proven track record with high-voltage DC systems (600V+)
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
