Responsibilities
- Design and implement reservoir simulation models to forecast production performance
- Analyze well data to identify optimization opportunities and recommend recovery methods

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in reservoir engineering for unconventional resources
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, Petrel)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in production data analysis
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering projects
- Valid PE license in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months
