As part of our high-performance technical team, you will utilize state-of-the-art simulation software to solve complex reservoir challenges, ensuring the sustainable growth of our energy portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Perform reservoir simulation and numerical modeling to predict field performance.
- Conduct reserves estimation and classification in accordance with PRMS standards.
- Optimize completion and stimulation designs to improve well productivity.
- Collaborate with geologists and drilling engineers to execute multi-disciplinary development plans.
- Mentor junior engineering staff and oversee quality assurance for technical reports.
- Monitor waterflood and EOR performance, identifying opportunities for secondary recovery enhancements.
- Present technical updates and economic forecasts to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of industry experience in reservoir engineering.
- Proficiency with industry-standard software (e.g., Eclipse, Petrel, Kappa, or OFM).
- Deep understanding of unconventional shale plays and fluid property analysis.
- Strong grasp of economic modeling and risk assessment principles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional projects.
- PE (Professional Engineer) license preferred but not mandatory.
