Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models for unconventional assets
- Lead multidisciplinary field development planning projects with $50M+ budgets
- Optimize production strategies using AI-driven analytics and real-time data integration
- Mentor junior engineers while ensuring compliance with API and ISO standards
- Collaborate with geoscience teams to identify drilling locations and recovery opportunities
- Present technical findings to executive stakeholders and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of reservoir engineering experience in unconventional plays
- Expertise in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, Nexus, tNavigator)
- Proven track record in EOR projects and enhanced recovery techniques
- Strong knowledge of drilling/completion operations and hydraulic fracturing
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience with digital oilfield technologies and IoT integration
