Responsibilities
- Design and optimize electrical systems for renewable energy infrastructure
- Lead PCB layout and schematic development for IoT devices
- Perform power system analysis using ETAP/PSS®E software
- Collaborate on hardware-in-loop testing for smart grid components
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Ensure compliance with IEEE and NEC standards
- Present findings to stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and MATLAB/Simulink
- Strong knowledge of embedded C and firmware development
- Experience with high-voltage systems (>1kV)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proven project management using Agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
