Responsibilities
- Lead the design, simulation, and verification of high-speed analog and digital circuits.
- Develop and maintain schematic diagrams and PCB layouts using industry-standard tools (Altium Designer, Cadence).
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of prototypes to ensure compliance with IEEE and safety standards.
- Collaborate with firmware and mechanical engineering teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and conduct code/design reviews.
- Manage the full product development lifecycle from concept to mass production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in hardware design and PCB layout.
- Proficiency in CAD tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, or Eagle.
- Strong understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
- Familiarity with embedded systems and programming languages like C or C++.
- Proven track record of managing projects to completion within tight deadlines.
