  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including geologists and drilling engineers, to execute successful infill drilling programs.
  • Prepare detailed annual reserve reports in strict accordance with SEC and internal corporate standards.
  • Mentor junior engineering staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze field production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective engineering solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8-12 years of progressive experience within the upstream Oil & Gas sector.
  • Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard software suites (e.g., Eclipse, Petrel, Kappa/Saphir).
  • Deep understanding of decline curve analysis, nodal analysis, and economic evaluation methodologies.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar asset portfolios and delivering production targets.
  • Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license is highly preferred.
