Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of large-scale municipal and commercial infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including structural, geotechnical, and environmental specialists.
- Manage project lifecycles from feasibility studies and site analysis to construction oversight.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, EPA regulations, and safety standards.
- Perform complex site grading, drainage analysis, and utility layout calculations.
- Review and stamp engineering plans, reports, and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and project staff to foster technical growth and professional excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in land development or municipal engineering.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and stormwater modeling software.
- Deep understanding of local Houston/Harris County drainage and infrastructure regulations.
- Proven track record of managing project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and regulatory reporting.
