Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of reservoir engineering experience in upstream operations
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., PETREL, Eclipse, Nexus)
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in production optimization
- Proven track record in reservoir characterization and simulation
- Valid P.E. license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations
