Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage power electronics systems for EV charging infrastructure
- Lead PCB layout and validation for embedded control systems
- Develop firmware for real-time energy monitoring and grid synchronization
- Conduct thermal and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing
- Mentor junior engineers and cross-functional project teams
- Collaborate with product management to define technical roadmaps
Qualifications
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field (M.S. preferred)
- 5+ years experience in power electronics or energy systems
- Proficiency with Altium Designer and MATLAB/Simulink
- Expertise in embedded C programming for microcontrollers
- Strong knowledge of IEC 62109 and UL 1741 standards
- Proven project leadership in hardware development cycles
- Experience with renewable energy integration systems
