Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage electrical systems for solar and wind energy installations
- Develop schematics, PCB layouts, and firmware for embedded control systems
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of electrical prototypes
- Mentor junior engineers and lead technical documentation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with IEEE, NEC, and international safety standards
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on system integration and thermal management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics and renewable energy systems
- Proficiency with Altium Designer, Cadence, and MATLAB/Simulink
- Strong understanding of three-phase power systems and grid interconnection
- Certification in P.E. (Professional Engineer) or equivalent
- Experience with ISO 9001 and IEC 62446 standards
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in high-reliability environments
