Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive reservoir management strategies to maximize recovery factors.
- Perform high-fidelity reservoir simulation and history matching for complex multi-well assets.
- Analyze pressure transient data and production logs to diagnose well performance issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Drilling, Completions, and Geology, to optimize asset development plans.
- Prepare detailed reserves reports in strict accordance with SEC and internal standards.
- Mentor junior engineering staff on technical workflows and industry best practices.
- Present technical findings and investment recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in reservoir engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard software such as Petrel, Eclipse, CMG, or OFM.
- Deep understanding of unconventional reservoir characterization and stimulation techniques.
- Proven track record in reserve estimation and economic evaluation of oil and gas assets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is highly preferred.
