Responsibilities
- Develop and calibrate advanced reservoir simulation models using industry-standard software (Petrel, Eclipse)
- Analyze production data to identify optimization opportunities and recommend strategic well interventions
- Lead feasibility studies for EOR projects and new field developments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate geological, geophysical, and engineering data
- Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to R&D initiatives for next-gen reservoir technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of reservoir engineering experience in upstream oil & gas operations
- Expert proficiency in reservoir simulation software (Schlumberger Petrel, tNavigator)
- Strong background in production analysis, well testing, and decline curve analysis
- Proven track record of optimizing field development plans and EOR strategies
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Deep understanding of unconventional reservoirs (shale gas, tight oil)
