Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive reservoir simulation models to forecast production and recovery.
- Analyze well performance data to optimize completion strategies and field development plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to conduct integrated production studies and reserve estimates.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in reservoir management.
- Identify and evaluate new drilling opportunities through detailed economic and technical modeling.
- Present data-driven insights and project proposals to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in reservoir engineering within the O&G sector.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software such as Petrel, Eclipse, or CMG.
- Expertise in unconventional shale play development and multi-well pad optimization.
- Strong grasp of economic evaluation techniques and AFE preparation.
- Proven ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
