Responsibilities
- Design and implement reservoir simulation models to forecast production performance
- Conduct economic analysis of drilling/completion strategies for unconventional plays
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in field development planning and optimization
- Apply advanced data analytics and machine learning for reservoir characterization
- Develop enhanced oil recovery (EOR) solutions for mature assets
- Maintain compliance with industry safety standards and environmental regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (MS/PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of reservoir engineering experience in upstream operations
- Expertise in reservoir simulation software (Petrel, Eclipse, tNavigator)
- Strong knowledge of unconventional resources (shale gas, tight oil)
- Proven track record in field development planning and economic modeling
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Spotfire)
