Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive reservoir management strategies for multi-well production fields.
- Perform complex reserve estimation and production forecasting using industry-leading simulation software.
- Analyze subsurface data to identify infill drilling opportunities and workover potential.
- Coordinate with drilling and completions teams to integrate field data and optimize well performance.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for executive leadership regarding asset value and strategy.
- Monitor and evaluate pressure and fluid flow data to maintain peak operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineering staff and foster a culture of technical rigor and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in reservoir engineering within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Proficiency with industry software such as Petrel, Eclipse, OFM, and Aries.
- Expertise in reservoir simulation, nodal analysis, and material balance calculations.
- Strong understanding of unconventional shale plays and reservoir characterization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in production and recovery rates.
