Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced reservoir simulation models for complex hydrocarbon systems
- Optimize production strategies using data-driven analytics and AI-powered tools
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in field development planning and economic analysis
- Develop innovative solutions for enhanced oil recovery (EOR) techniques
- Conduct well performance evaluations and recommend operational improvements
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training sessions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of reservoir engineering experience in upstream operations
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, Nexus, tNavigator)
- Deep expertise in unconventional resource development (shale, tight sands)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in production optimization
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proven track record of mentoring junior engineers
- Experience with digital transformation in oil & gas operations
