Responsibilities
- Design and execute reservoir simulation models to forecast production performance
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in field development planning and optimization
- Analyze well test data and production trends to identify enhancement opportunities
- Develop integrated reservoir management strategies for complex geological formations
- Collaborate with geoscientists to characterize reservoir properties and uncertainties
- Mentor junior engineers and implement best practices in reservoir engineering workflows
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of reservoir engineering experience in upstream oil & gas operations
- Expert proficiency in reservoir simulation software (Eclipse, Petrel)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in production data analysis
- Proven track record in field development planning and reserves estimation
- Deep understanding of enhanced oil recovery (EOR) techniques
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification
