Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated reservoir development plans for active assets.
- Conduct detailed reservoir simulation and material balance studies to estimate reserves.
- Analyze well performance data to identify opportunities for production optimization.
- Collaborate with drilling and completion teams to implement effective well stimulation programs.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports for executive stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
- Mentor junior engineers on best-in-class reservoir management practices.
- Manage economic modeling for future asset acquisitions and divestitures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in reservoir engineering within the upstream O&G sector.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software: Petrel, Eclipse, CMG, and OFM.
- Strong background in unconventional reservoir development and performance forecasting.
- Demonstrated expertise in economic analysis and risk management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional technical teams.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
