Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published record in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR with h-index >20
- Expertise in transformer architectures and reinforcement learning
- Proficiency with PyTorch/TensorFlow and high-performance computing
- Demonstrated ability to commercialize research into enterprise solutions
- Strong background in MLOps and distributed ML systems
