Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and execution of complex R&D experimental protocols.
- Translate high-level research objectives into actionable development milestones.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a collaborative laboratory environment.
- Analyze multi-dimensional data sets to drive evidence-based decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory affairs and product engineering, to ensure project alignment.
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and represent the company at international scientific conferences.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a closely related discipline.
- 5+ years of post-doctoral experience in a corporate or high-level academic R&D setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced gene-editing technologies or protein engineering.
- Proven track record of project leadership and successful product development pipelines.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization software (R, Python, or SAS).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders.
