Responsibilities
- Design and execute advanced experimental protocols in molecular biology and synthetic chemistry
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing novel therapeutic platforms
- Analyze complex datasets using statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms
- Author high-impact research publications and patent applications
- Maintain compliance with FDA/EMA regulatory standards and Good Laboratory Practices
- Mentor junior scientists and foster collaborative innovation culture
Qualifications
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in CRISPR gene editing and high-throughput screening
- Published record in peer-reviewed journals (minimum 3 first-author papers)
- Proficiency in Python/R for bioinformatics analysis
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification preferred
- Demonstrated success translating lab discoveries to clinical candidates
