Responsibilities
- Architect and execute end-to-end R&D strategies for next-generation material composites.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through the full product lifecycle, from initial hypothesis to pilot-scale production.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align scientific discovery with commercial business objectives.
- Synthesize complex datasets to drive data-informed decision-making in experimental design.
- Author high-impact technical whitepapers and patent applications to secure intellectual property.
- Mentor junior scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in a dedicated R&D capacity.
- Proven track record of taking at least two major products from lab-scale to market launch.
- Expertise in advanced characterization techniques and predictive modeling software.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings to non-technical executive leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million dollar R&D budgets and aggressive timelines.
