- Manage project timelines and resources within allocated budgets
- Mentor junior researchers and foster innovation through brainstorming sessions
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies through continuous market analysis
Qualifications
- PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in nanomaterial synthesis and characterization techniques
- Strong publication record in high-impact journals (3+ peer-reviewed papers)
- Experience with statistical experimental design and data analysis tools
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks) and simulation tools (COMSOL)
- Demonstrated success in transitioning lab-scale projects to industrial applications
