Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to source high-caliber real estate agents, brokers, and PropTech talent.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from crafting compelling job descriptions to conducting final interviews.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and social media outreach, to build diverse talent pipelines.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders and university career centers.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency and reduce time-to-fill.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Real Estate or PropTech recruiting.
- Proven track record of placing high-performing sales and leadership talent.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
