Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and compensation strategy
- Proven success implementing HR technology solutions (Workday/SAP preferred)
- Strong knowledge of NYC labor laws and federal employment regulations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strategic mindset with ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives
- Experience scaling HR operations in high-growth environments
