Qualifications
- Valid California Real Estate License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in real estate sales or a related high-performance sales field.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
- Proficiency with industry-standard software including MLS systems, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zillow Premier Agent), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
