Responsibilities
- Manage a curated portfolio of luxury residential properties across Brickell, Coral Gables, and Miami Beach.
- Develop and execute bespoke marketing strategies for high-value listings.
- Provide concierge-level advisory services to ultra-high-net-worth domestic and international clients.
- Lead complex negotiations to ensure optimal terms for both buyers and sellers.
- Conduct high-end property previews and private client showings.
- Maintain deep knowledge of current market trends, property law, and local zoning regulations.
- Foster long-term relationships with legal, financial, and wealth management partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of successful track record in luxury residential real estate.
- Active Florida Real Estate Broker or Sales Associate license.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Proven ability to network and build rapport with C-suite executives and high-net-worth individuals.
- Deep understanding of the Miami luxury market and lifestyle preferences.
