Responsibilities
- Lead acquisition and disposition of luxury residential and commercial properties ($1M+)
- Develop comprehensive investment strategies for HNW clients using proprietary market analytics
- Conduct due diligence on properties including zoning, comps, and regulatory compliance
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and institutional partners
- Present investment opportunities to executive committee with detailed ROI projections
- Monitor emerging market trends and identify growth opportunities in South Florida
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams on complex transaction structures
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in real estate investment, brokerage, or development
- Proven track record of closing $10M+ transactions
- Expert knowledge of South Florida real estate markets and regulations
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and market analysis tools
- Strong network of industry contacts including developers, investors, and lenders
- Relevant designation (CCIM, SIOR, or CFA) preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with ability to navigate complex deal structures
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining executive-level communication
