Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions from listing to closing
- Develop and execute bespoke marketing strategies for premium properties
- Build and maintain relationships with HNW clients, developers, and industry partners
- Conduct competitive market analysis and property valuation
- Lead negotiations for multi-million dollar transactions
- Oversee transaction teams and coordinate with legal/financial partners
- Utilize CRM systems to track client engagement and pipeline
Qualifications
- 5+ years in high-end real estate sales with $10M+ transaction volume
- Active California Real Estate Broker license
- Proven track record in luxury residential or commercial markets
- Advanced negotiation skills and contract expertise
- Exceptional market knowledge of LA luxury property trends
- Strong network of affluent clients and industry connections
- Proficiency in real estate CRM and virtual tour technology
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Mandarin a plus)
