Responsibilities
- Generate new business through active prospecting, networking, and community outreach events.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to determine property values and advise clients on buying, selling, or renting.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including property showings, open houses, and contract negotiations.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to maximize property visibility and attract qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with legal professionals, inspectors, and lenders to ensure smooth closings.
- Stay updated on local real estate laws, zoning regulations, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Real Estate License is required.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in using technology, including MLS databases, virtual tour software, and social media marketing.
