Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting strategies to identify, source, and secure top-tier real estate agents and sales professionals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through active sourcing, networking, and social media engagement.
- Conduct in-depth phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop compelling job descriptions.
- Manage the candidate experience from application to offer extension, ensuring a seamless and professional process.
- Track key recruiting metrics (KPIs) and optimize sourcing strategies to meet monthly and quarterly hiring goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully placing sales and agent professionals.
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion and negotiation.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in the Austin, Texas real estate market is highly preferred.
