Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the real estate office, ensuring all administrative processes are efficient, compliant, and scalable.
- Vendor Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, including legal firms, inspection services, contractors, and title companies.
- CRM Optimization: Manage and optimize our Salesforce and Yardi systems, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and lead tracking to maximize agent productivity.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in transaction workflows and implement innovative solutions to reduce turnaround times and enhance the client experience.
- Team Development: Mentor junior staff and real estate agents on best practices, compliance standards, and productivity tools.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure strict adherence to local, state, and federal real estate laws, as well as internal company policies, while preparing comprehensive monthly operational reports.
- Asset Coordination: Coordinate the logistical aspects of property showings, open houses, and closing procedures for high-value listings.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in real estate operations, property management, or a similar administrative leadership role within a high-volume brokerage.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with industry-specific software (Salesforce, Yardi, MRI, or AppFolio) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and interact professionally with vendors, attorneys, and clients.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Texas real estate laws, TREC rules, and fair housing regulations.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex logistical and administrative challenges.
- Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a high degree of autonomy.
