Responsibilities
- Exclusively represent clients in the acquisition and disposition of luxury residential properties ($1M+)
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns leveraging our exclusive digital platforms and international buyer database
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and property valuations using proprietary data tools
- Negotiate complex transactions with high-stakes buyers, sellers, and developers
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and referral partners
- Lead cross-functional teams including attorneys, architects, and interior designers
- Mentor junior brokers and contribute to firm-wide growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years proven experience in luxury real estate sales with $20M+ annual production
- Active Florida Real Estate Broker license with SFR, CIPS, or luxury designation preferred
- Exceptional knowledge of Miami Beach, Coral Gables, and Sunny Isles markets
- Track record of closing 15+ transactions annually in the $1M+ segment
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Luxe, Top Producer) and digital marketing
- Strong network of international and domestic luxury clientele
- Professional demeanor with ability to navigate high-stakes negotiations
