Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and financial metrics to identify $50M+ investment opportunities across Manhattan's premier districts
- Develop comprehensive investment models (IRR, cap rate, cash flow projections) for portfolio optimization
- Lead due diligence processes including zoning compliance, environmental assessments, and competitive landscape analysis
- Forge strategic partnerships with institutional investors, developers, and municipal stakeholders
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining accountability for portfolio performance metrics
- Present investment theses to executive committees using advanced visualization tools
Qualifications
- 7+ years in real estate investment banking, private equity, or institutional asset management
- Proven track record of closing $100M+ commercial real estate transactions
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Yardi, and financial modeling platforms
- Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or Urban Planning (CFA/CRE designation preferred)
- Deep understanding of NYC zoning laws and market dynamics
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholder management experience
