Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and financial modeling for commercial/residential properties across Manhattan
- Perform due diligence on $50M+ transactions including cash flow projections, cap rate analysis, and risk assessment
- Develop strategic investment memos for executive review with data-driven ROI recommendations
- Manage relationships with brokers, developers, and institutional partners
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute property acquisition and disposition strategies
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting NYC real estate markets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate investment or brokerage
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Yardi, and Excel modeling
- Proven track record of closing $20M+ transactions
- Deep knowledge of NYC zoning laws and property valuation methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation a plus
