Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and valuation analyses for potential real estate acquisitions, developments, and dispositions.
- Perform comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities across various property types.
- Prepare detailed investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Assist in all phases of the due diligence process, including reviewing legal documents, financial statements, and property reports.
- Collaborate with asset management and development teams to optimize existing portfolio performance and identify value-add strategies.
- Support senior management in capital raising efforts and investor relations through data-driven insights.
- Monitor economic trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes impacting the real estate market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related quantitative field; Master's or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in real estate investment, private equity, or investment banking.
- Exceptional financial modeling skills (Argus and Excel mastery required) with a strong understanding of various valuation methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to perform rigorous market research and synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in preparing high-quality, professional investment documentation and presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
