Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling for potential real estate acquisitions, developments, and dispositions.
- Perform in-depth market research, including macro-economic trends, local market dynamics, and competitive analysis.
- Prepare detailed investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders and external investors.
- Assist in all phases of the due diligence process, including property-level analysis, lease review, and third-party report coordination.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models (e.g., DCF, IRR, equity waterfall) to evaluate investment opportunities.
- Support portfolio management activities, including performance tracking, valuation updates, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with legal, financing, and asset management teams throughout the investment lifecycle.
- Identify and analyze new investment trends and opportunities within the real estate sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree or CFA designation preferred.
- 3-5 years of direct experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or a top-tier real estate consulting firm.
- Exceptional financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to conduct thorough market research and synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of real estate valuation methodologies and capital markets.
