Responsibilities
- Analyze commercial real estate assets using discounted cash flow (DCF) models and comparable sales data
- Conduct due diligence on property valuations, zoning regulations, and market trends
- Develop investment memorandums highlighting risk/reward profiles for institutional partners
- Monitor NYC market shifts and identify emerging investment corridors
- Coordinate with legal teams to structure acquisition entities and optimize tax positions
- Present findings to executive committees with data-driven recommendations
- Maintain proprietary database of NYC commercial property performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance, Real Estate, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in commercial real estate investment analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Argus and CoStar platforms
- Proven track record in $50M+ property acquisitions
- CFA or CCIM designation strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of NYC zoning codes and development incentives
- Exceptional financial modeling and presentation skills
- Valid NY Real Estate Salesperson license
