Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) investors and buyers.
- Conduct high-end property tours and curated walkthroughs for discerning clientele.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for premium residential listings.
- Provide expert market analysis, including pricing strategies and investment trend reporting.
- Negotiate complex purchase contracts and manage multi-million dollar closing processes.
- Collaborate with interior designers, legal counsel, and financial advisors to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Represent the brand at high-profile industry events and networking functions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in luxury residential real estate.
- Active Florida Real Estate Broker or Sales Associate license.
- Demonstrated track record of closing high-value transactions in the Miami luxury market.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in luxury CRM platforms and digital property marketing tools.
- Ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding client affairs.
- Fluency in a second language (Spanish or Portuguese) is highly preferred.
