Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions from listing to closing
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors
- Conduct comparative market analysis and property valuation for premium assets
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors for property staging
- Oversee international marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Lead team training sessions on negotiation strategies and client acquisition
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in luxury real estate sales
- Proven track record of $2M+ annual transaction volume
- Active California Real Estate Broker license
- Advanced proficiency in MLS systems and PropTech tools
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills
- International client portfolio or cross-border transaction experience
- Professional certifications (CCIM, CRS, or CIPS preferred)
