Responsibilities
- Analyze luxury real estate market trends, pricing dynamics, and investment opportunities across Miami Beach
- Develop comprehensive property valuation reports using advanced analytics and comparable sales data
- Advain high-net-worth clients on portfolio diversification strategies across residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets
- Collaborate with brokers to create data-driven marketing strategies for premium listings
- Monitor regulatory changes and emerging technologies impacting luxury real estate transactions
- Present complex market insights to clients through customized visualizations and executive summaries
- Lead cross-functional initiatives between finance, legal, and property management teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in luxury real estate analysis or high-value property transactions
- Expertise in market valuation methodologies and investment property analysis
- Proven track record of advising clients on multi-million dollar real estate decisions
- Advanced proficiency in real estate analytics tools (e.g., CoStar, REIS, Argus)
- Strong network within Miami's luxury real estate ecosystem
- Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation preferred
