Qualifications
- 5+ years in commercial real estate investment analysis
- Proven track record with $50M+ transaction volume
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Excel, and financial modeling
- Deep knowledge of South Florida luxury market dynamics
- CFA or FRM designation preferred
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
