Responsibilities
- Manage exclusive portfolio of $5M+ properties in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, and Malibu
- Develop comprehensive property valuations using proprietary market analytics
- Coordinate international buyer acquisitions through our global referral network
- Execute luxury property marketing campaigns with drone photography and virtual tours
- Lead negotiations for complex transactions with attorneys and trust officers
- Mentor junior agents on luxury sales protocols and client relationship management
- Host exclusive property showcases for UHNW clients at private estates
Qualifications
- 7+ years of luxury real estate sales with $50M+ transaction volume
- Active California Broker License (DRE # required)
- Proven track record in Beverly Hills luxury market segment
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Luxury Presence, Lone Wolf)
- International client acquisition experience with cross-border transactions
- CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) or SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation
- Portfolio of high-end property staging and photography partnerships
- Exceptional command of Mandarin or Arabic language preferred
