Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales.
- Active Florida Real Estate License in good standing.
- Proven track record of managing transactions exceeding $3M+.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a sophisticated professional demeanor.
- Strong existing network of high-net-worth contacts.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM software and real estate analytics platforms.
