Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and due diligence for commercial/residential properties across South Florida
- Develop sophisticated financial models (DCF, comparables, sensitivity analysis) for investment valuation
- Lead client presentations and investment committee briefings with data-driven recommendations
- Monitor emerging real estate trends, zoning regulations, and economic indicators affecting ROI
- Manage transaction documentation and coordinate with legal/valuation teams
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining portfolio performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years experience in commercial real estate investment analysis or brokerage
- Advanced proficiency in Argus, Yardi, and Excel modeling
- Proven track record in South Florida market transactions >$50M
- Strong understanding of CRE valuation methodologies and cap rate analysis
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to translate complex data to stakeholders
- Florida Real Estate Broker License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
